In my practice I utilize various interventions and techniques including EMDR, mindfulness, art therapy, narrative interventions, and play therapy. Now accepting new clients! Life is full of ups, downs, and all the plateaus in between. I believe my role as a counselor is to walk alongside you during the moments of pain and self-doubt, as well as the moments of celebration and joy. You are the expert of your own life experience, but we can all use a little extra support from time to time...and that is where I come in. As counselor who engages in multicultural humility, I value building relationships with clients from all walks of life. My hope is to create a space of safety and warmth where you can express yourself and be who you truly are.
