I provide individual therapy for children ages three and up, teens, and adults dealing with traumatic experiences, loss, difficult life circumstances, depression or anxiety, shame, and emotional dysregulation. I also work with couples and families that may be struggling with conflicting roles and family dynamics, unmet expectations, disconnect in communication, infertility, unexpected life transitions, intimacy or trust issues, and parenting. I utilize Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Restoration Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Sandtray Therapy when working with adults and Child-Centered Play Therapy when working with children.
