Hello, my name is Annette Pelletier, clinical therapist and founder of Mustang Magic Equine Therapy Services. I have learned this life we live is often littered with hardships and challenges which can negatively impact how we navigate the world in which we live in and the relationships we have developed along the way. We all require connection and a sense of love and belonging with others, which can sometimes feel so far away when we are lost in feelings of guilt and shame. Traumatic events in our lives often interfere with our ability to feel connected and safe with others, and even with ourselves.
