Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR which is very fast and effective. Reflecting on our patterns takes courage. For 35 years, I've been collaborating with my client's natural strengths to create healing within themselves and their relationships. Self -study is work. I am a trauma , in-depth, somatic therapist. Building rapport quickly, I promise a fun environment to find safety and steadiness in your nervous system. We all deserve to discover connection, understanding, true intimacy and more JOY in our lives. I'm focusing my practice on intensives - which are a minimum of 90 minute sessions for breakthroughs much faster than the one hour weekly model.
