I offer a safe space for women to be themselves by practicing empathy, compassion, and support. I use a solution-focused therapeutic approach. This approach creates solutions instead of focusing on the negatives by setting attainable goals. I believe individuals can make life-changing growth when given a healthy supportive environment.
