My journey into therapy began with a desire to understand how past experiences shape our emotional and mental well-being, and I have dedicated my career to supporting those impacted by trauma. Throughout my career, I’ve seen the transformative power of trauma-informed care, and I remain committed to learning and growing as a therapist to best serve my clients.
