Life has a way of making us revisit certain issues and patterns, and in doing so we are invited to journey towards the core. This can a process that is messy, but powerful. Often, the things that we’re struggling with are interrelated and dependent on other parts of our life, some of which are hidden outside of our awareness. In our work together, we will address you, as a whole person, through an approach rooted in mindfulness, holistic wellness, and real, authentic human connection. My clients describe my approach as one that is authentic, compassionate, honest, and at times, silly.
