Welcome to my practice! I support clients in strengthening the relationships they want and deserve. I have a deep passion for helping adult women navigate life's transitions, rediscover their inner strength, and cultivate self-compassion. Areas often found in my office are boundary work, self- esteem, anxiety, trauma, connecting to sexuality, partner communication, repairing relationships with the ones we love, and issues related to attachment. Additionally, I support women who are in the process of regaining health with the support of GLP-1 medication.
