I am a licensed professional counselor and have been in practice for over 14 years. I work with couples and individuals. I use evidenced based practices to address trauma, anxiety, mood, addiction, and relationship challenges. Most unhealthy coping behaviors were survival skills. These skills were beneficial but now interfere with joy and connection. I work with clients to explore outdated coping strategies and replace with strategies that encourage authenticity, closeness, and peace.
