Hello and Welcome! My name is Meghan (She/Her). I work with folks seeking freedom and relief from trauma, anxiety, depression, and whatever else is getting in the way of you living the life you want. I've worked with folks exploring personality, identity, sexuality, relationships, motivation, body image, the multitude of gender representations, fear of self or others, and exploration of identity. I believe people become who they are in relation to others. Understanding yourself as a person, parent, child, friend, partner, or any other identity is key to happiness and well-being.
