Therapy is a collaborative journey that helps individuals move towards change, as such I center my work on a person-centered and relational approach. Meaning that I take all sociocultural factors and intersecting identities into consideration when working with children and families. I enjoy working with children and incorporate direct and non-directed play therapy when appropriate. In working with families I strive to create a non-judgmental and safe place where all members are seen and heard.
