I enjoy working with individuals on a variety of issues. My specialties include a focus on anxiety, addiction, OCD, and trauma. My work with clients is very solution focused in- nature. I aim to utilize the strengths my clients already possess to bring progress into all facets of their life. I also believe that utilizing the values of clients to guide therapeutic work is essential to meaningful and lasting change. While navigating change, I assist clients in learning to tolerate distress, manage difficult emotions, and find effectiveness and fulfillment in their day to day lives.
