I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and Texas providing teletherapy to clients. I graduated from Portland State University with a Master’s in Social Work and have pursued extensive post-graduate training in trauma treatment, psychedelic-assisted therapy, couples counseling, and ACT/DBT models. I work well with folks that struggle with anxiety, depression, developmental or acute trauma, family of origin, LGBTQ+ issues, couples challenges, obsessive thinking, and stress management. At its core, my practice is about helping people build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect to their inherent capacity.
