I enjoy working with people of all ages, and I focus on creating a supportive space where you can show up as you are. I often work with individuals navigating ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), or complex PTSD, and I approach each person with curiosity, care, and respect for their unique experiences. I’ve spent over 10 years in community and clinical settings, including working with families involved in the Child Welfare system. That experience taught me the importance of meeting people where they are, and walking alongside them as they figure out what healing and growth look like for them.
