I practice relational, justice-oriented teletherapy rooted firmly in the belief that each person is the expert of their own life. I am trained as a generalist, but I am especially interested in and experienced with substance use, identity development and exploration, queer and trans health, relationship and family of origin concerns, trauma, perfectionism, and climate-related distress. I also specialize in working with young adults.
