Whether you're a teen navigating anxiety or depression, a parent feeling stuck and unsure how to help, or a young adult facing life changes, I’m here to support you. My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I work with children, teens, and families to explore what’s beneath the behaviors, make sense of emotional challenges, and build tools for lasting change, all in a space that feels safe, respectful, and supportive.
