I’m a neurodiverse, non-religious, open-minded therapist. I would be honored to support you as you move away from people pleasing, toxic relationships and generational trauma, and move into your most authentic, peaceful self. I use many evidence based modalities, combined with over 15 years of experience in the social work field, to create the perfect treatment plan for you. Trauma and loss are inevitable parts of life, however, we don't have to remain stuck there. Talking to someone relatable, who has your personal growth and healing in mind, can help you regain your sense of authenticity and peace.
