A second alternative treatment offered for the management of trauma is EMDR. "CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW OHP CLIENTS" While my training is grounded in Depth Psychology, my approach in the therapeutic setting is Person-Centered or Rogerian. This approach holds that the client has the ability to consciously and rationally decide for themselves what is wrong and what should be done about it. It is my belief that the client has the remarkable capacity for self-healing and personal growth leading to self-actualization.
