I am a TF-CBT certified therapist. I have experience on working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I utilize a client centered approach to help clients find a balance, move forward and reach their goals.
I utilize evidence-based modalities in the area of cognitive restructuring such as CBT, DBT and ACT. Through these interventions, my clients learn to develop healthy coping skills and walk on a path of self-discovery in a safe therapeutic space.
