We can talk about death. Or your Meemaw’s banana bread. Or both. I’m a therapist who can hold the heavy stuff without becoming heavy. I work with adult women dealing with life transitions: Empty nesters, retirement, job changes, role changes, brides-to-be, peripartum, terminal and chronic illness, grief, burnout, spiritual questions, relocations, trauma and many more transitional phases and seasons. I also believe humor belongs in the room. You don’t have to choose between depth and warmth here. We can do shadow work in hot pink. I’m not overly clinical. I’m not surface-level either.
