I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating grief, trauma, identity, isolation, or the weight of holding it all together for others. Some are couples feeling disconnected; others are helpers holding the stories of those they serve. Many seek a compassionate, grounded space where they can feel seen, supported, and met with care.
