Please email for new patient requests. My therapy practice is currently individual therapy (no couples or family therapy). It takes a great deal of courage to seek support. I believe that healing can occur in a safe, warm, and supportive place. I am honored to be part of that journey for individuals who want to explore healing in a place where they feel safe. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, life transitions, perinatal mental health, parenting challenges, woman struggles and with college age populations.
