At some point in our lives, most of us find ourselves in need of supportive help from another person, whether we are struggling with tangled relationships, overwhelming feelings, difficult choices, losses and/or afflictions. Sometimes we don't even know exactly what we need, just that life isn't working out for us in some way. My desire is to work together with you to identify your needs/goals, explore possible paths of growth and/or change, process the feelings that accompany those explorations, and develop your personal resources (which might include family, faith, friendships, etc.).
