I provide individuals and couples a safe, supportive setting and am passionate about helping people understand and realize their full potential and achieve their dreams and goals. Individual/couples work in the following areas: Work, life, balance; Women's Issues; Bereavement, Grief and Loss; Life transitions (college, retirement, "empty nester"; end of life); Role transitions (caregiver); Mental health needs of college and professional athletes.
