My approach to therapy focuses on building relationships with clients. I believe that through connection and providing a safe place to talk, therapeutic growth can happen. I believe in partnering with patients to help empower them to improve their coping skills, understand addictive behaviors, create healthy boundaries and relationships, and improve their self-confidence. I work primarily with clients in person and can offer telehealth if requested.
