My approach in counseling is to assist you with strengthening your skills and self-awareness through an eclectic approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Prolonged Exposure theories. I believe that mental health is an important element in the overall wellbeing of all individuals. I employ techniques based on evidenced based practices; to ensure your services are high quality, ethically sound, and culturally appropriate and sensitive to your needs as a consumer. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, CADC, and National Certification through NBCC I have met high national standards and commit to ongoing quality and verified trainings.
