I have 15 years of experience working with individuals and couples to improve their lives and relationships. Life can be very challenging. Events that affect us from the past and in the present, fears for the future, stressors that impact our well being and our relationships can be too difficult at times to untangle on our own. Therapy is a place to untangle the complex ways our personalities, experiences, and behaviors impact what we do and how we feel, and can lead to meaningful healing and change.
