I offer experience in CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT and mindfulness interventions. Life is journey that leads us down many different roads. At times we find ourselves in front of a road block that stops that journey and interferes with our ability to move forward on our path. This feeling can often leave us overwhelmed, stressed and disheartened. I work alongside individuals to help them find insight and the tools they need to move through road blocks and take positive steps in the right direction.
