I work with artists, entrepreneurs, & athletes who are navigating performance anxiety, creative blocks, imposter syndrome, isolation, injuries, and stress or burnout. They need a space where they can be truly heard and understood—a space to lay everything on the table and examine what’s really there. The people I support aspire to have it all: a life filled with passion, connection, and the freedom to follow their curiosity. They carry a burning desire to become who they were born to be—not who the world has told them they can or should be.
