Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and experiential. I work best with people who are ready (or wanting to be ready) to engage in their own healing, especially by staying curious about how patterns of relating to self and other live in the body and in emotions. Many of my clients feel stuck in painful patterns they can’t explain—shutting down, feeling overwhelmed, or getting caught in cycles of shame and anxiety, especially in close relationships. Sometimes there’s a history of chronic pain, illness, or early emotional abuse or neglect. They long for and are ready to work toward connection, compassion, and aliveness.
