My philosophy is that each person has hope
and acceptance with in them to utilize their strength, reach their goals and
use their voice. My job as a therapist is to walk with each client through
the journey of discovering who they are and how to live their live worth
living. I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment to be able to process
trauma that may be interfering with day to day life, learn and practice
tools to ground and cope when triggers arise and to be able to problem solve
in an unbiased place.
