What I enjoy most about counseling is having the privilege of sharing authentic connections with people who want to feel better and see their lives improved. I work with individual adults and have a special interest in helping women who are in life transition. Many clients come to me seeking help for grief and loss, depression, anxiety, issues with adult children, family cutoffs, trauma, early attachment and self-esteem issues, and more.
