I believe all people have the capacity to live satisfying and joyful lives. I am here to help when those qualities feel hard or impossible to attain. I am trained to teach people how to access their inner wisdom and healing capacity using the methods of Internal Family Systems, guided imagery and trauma processing. Through compassionate and focused listening I will provide consistent support to assist you in clarifying your values and goals. Skills will be shared to help you heal from past experiences and move towards the life you want to be living. I also love working with family systems that need repair.
