I am an EMDR trained therapist. Life has many up and downs and it all a journey, everyone has a different path to get to our destination. Therapy is process it is not perfect, but I will support you as you walk this path. I do not believe therapy is a one size fits all process, each person is as different as the therapy process. I believe the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is the most important relationship, I hold no judgements and I strive to make the client feel comfortable and supported.
