I strive to help others work toward change, find healing, and develop deeper feelings of connectedness. I am dedicated to coming alongside every client with empathy, honesty, and compassion to skillfully navigate the complexities of life and relationships. I especially enjoy working with folks facing anxiety, overwhelming life changes, and relationship concerns. Often, I see people who in many regards function well enough, but struggle with deep pain or dissatisfaction that is difficult to grasp, let alone, release.
