I am EMDR trained. I will work from a client-centered approach, which is less directive and at your speed. I can also use more directive skill building through Gottman Couples Therapy, DBT, CBT or processing through Internal Family Systems. I also use Elaine Aron's Highly Sensitive Person research/work to inform my treatment planning for some clients.
