I am adept in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have many years of experience in the field working with adolescents, adults, and families. I approach therapy with compassion and acceptance, meeting clients where they are at and tailoring evidence-based modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. I believe in the power of relationship, connection, and community, and the innate goodness that is inside us all. I provide a judgement-free atmosphere that allows space for vulnerability and healing.
