I am trained in EMDR and am IFS-informed - these are two powerful modalities that are particularly effective for healing the effects of Complex PTSD. I work with young adults who grew up feeling they had to adapt to an environment that left them feeling disconnected from their true selves. You might struggle with a harsh inner critic or a feeling that you’re somehow ‘too much or ‘not enough’. Together, we won’t just talk about your past - we will actively work on unlearning the old patterns that kept you safe then but hold you back now. From people pleasing to chronic self-doubt, we’ll identify the habits that no longer serve you. And then, we’ll get to building self-trust. We’ll work on strengthening your ability to listen to your own voice, and feeling comfortable in yourself.
