Are you suffering from feelings you don’t understand? Are your relationships strained? Are you feeling defeated or fearful all the time? Emotional pain is often related to trauma, life changes and grief. Recovering from these difficult situations and experiences can be painful, but not recovering is worse. We humans do all kinds of dysfunctional things to avoid pain. Mostly, we become anxious and depressed. We often need help sorting it out. That's where I come in.
