I specialize in working with clients who have big questions about life. Spiritual and existential quandaries welcome! I use a Gestalt and IFS framework that focuses on you becoming your own deepest resource. With couples I use this framework to peel back the layers of conflict to better understand each person's ground. The therapeutic goal is a stronger understanding of Self that brings a deeper connection to the experience of being alive. I am a queer identified transman and have worked extensively with the LGBTQIA community.
