Taking the first step to therapy isn’t easy and takes courage. And having been on both sides, I want to honor that in my practice. As we grow together, I hope to create a space for growth and exploration. I take a person-centered, Acceptance Commitment Therapy approach to help you find what values you want to connect with in your life. After all, I am not the expert on your life, you are. I am here to help provide perspective and an avenue to talk things through. I have experience working with all ages including L.G.B.Q.I.A.A.+ youth and a variety of individuals in a community mental health setting.
