As we all witness life, we know it can be extremely hard. It can feel even more daunting at certain points along the way, especially when feeling alone. The suffering of the human heart is something that needs to be heard and explored. As I walk alongside you in your therapy, I offer you a space that you can call yours, and say the hard things out loud without the fear of judgment or bias.My therapeutic approach is eclectic with emphasis on mindfulness-based practices, which brings attention to the deeper self. I believe in addressing the way suffering manifests by confronting its existence.
