I value working with people of all ages, but I especially enjoy supporting teens and young adults as they navigate life's challenges. My areas of focus include mood instability, anxiety, depression, gender identity and sexuality, difficulty launching into adulthood, and maladaptive coping including self-harm. I connect well with people who are highly emotionally sensitive, feel out of place, or struggle to maintain healthy relationships. In our work together, we'll focus on developing tools to get through life's difficult moments while prioritizing the things that bring joy and meaning to your life.
