I value therapy for the opportunity to support you in exploring the places just beyond your comfort zone with curiosity and compassion. I am most experienced treating trauma, adult children of addiction, codependency, life transitions, grief, anxiety, and relationship issues. My approach is eclectic and strengths-based, drawing from a combination of EMDR/Flash Technique, psychodynamic theories, current neuroscience, yoga and mindfulness practices, and social work values.
