I'm Jennifer, a queer, white, neurospicy therapist and solo parent. I know what it's like to navigate hard systems while also trying to show up fully for the people you love. I bring nearly 20 years of experience in social work and early childhood education, and I work with pregnant folx, parents, caregivers, and young children (ages 0–5) — supporting families in all their beautiful forms.My approach is relational, strengths-based, and culturally grounded. That means I start with what is already working in your family — your resilience, your love, your community — and we build from there. I focus on listening. Really listening.
