I use EMDR for trauma reprocessing. The struggle that comes with managing everyday life can be as debilitating as major trauma. Anxiety, depression, irritability, low frustration tolerance are all important symptoms be curious about and explore; letting you know that a shift is needed in order for you to find peace, increased mood stability, and fulfilling relationships. I provide supportive, psychodynamic and attachment based psychotherapy. I teach emotional regulation skills while also examining underlying issues. My expertise ranges from working with children ages 4 and older, adults and couples.
