Hello, I am accepting new clients. I work with teens, adults, and elders with a focus on chronic health conditions, illness, grief and loss. Reaching out for support takes real courage, and I want to honor that first step. People come to therapy for so many reasons—sometimes because they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or alone; other times because relationships feel hard, or anxiety and depression are getting in the way of daily life.
