You had the answer all along... so says Glinda the Good Witch from the Wizard of Oz, smiling from a pastel I have on my office wall. It was a gift from mom when I was 12. That is my philosophy of therapy. I believe the answers that we seek already reside in us. It's a matter of learning about oneself, sifting through what is authentically ours, and what has been conditioned in us to believe. In my work with individuals (teens and adults,) couples, families, and groups, I accompany clients as they grow in self awareness and connect with their inner wisdom.
