I am only in-network with Trillium Community Health Plan Medicaid OHP and Trillium Wellcare. Waitlist: Trillium Medicaid OHP, Wellcare, or Self-pay clients in OR and VA. I have one opening Thur at 4pm PST. My therapeutic approach is the same as my approach to life: to provide those around me with a place to feel like themselves while working on themselves. As a mindfulness-rooted therapist, my passion lies in helping people become aware of their strengths and reclaim their power in a society that tells us we are small and unworthy. Talk Therapy paired with a variety of coping strategies is a powerful tool that can help bring awareness to repressed traumas, internalized negative beliefs, and self-sabotaging behaviors.
