I work with male identified clients on liberating oneself from shame, grounding into healthy masculinity, emotional wellbeing, life transitions and other men's issues. At Rites and Rituals Counseling, my approach includes creating personal rituals and habits to support healing and growth, such as meditation, journeying, nature-based rites of passage, and creative arts as well as psychedelic integration. Intentional, meaning-making actions create a cohesive life, both communally and individually, so we can deepen our connection to self, spirit, and others, placing us in a context greater than our individual self alone.
